As it is for any competence essential to instill the discussion on <strong>new trends <\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>modern approaches<\/strong> in it, I devote my (spare) time in seeking the\u00a0new ways of understanding and\u00a0predicting\u00a0client\u00a0behavior\u00a0or\u00a0monetizing\u00a0the data they generate for us. The mission of this blog is to keep all of us looking ahead (enough) into next AI &amp; CRM challenges.<\/p>\n<p>I am passionate early adopter of future trends and\u00a0turn my (and others&#8217; experience) into <strong>blogs<\/strong>, <strong>speaker sessions<\/strong>, discussion <strong>round tables<\/strong> and <strong>articles<\/strong>.
